Papaya.
(Carica papaya)
Evergreen tree with decorative leaves and edible fruits. Grows up to 2 m in height (if potted). Creates a straight trunk, with a bundle of large, bright green leaves on the top. In summer forms white flowers, then grow pear-like, very tasty fruits.
Likes sun and heat, should be grow in apartment, during summer also outside (temperature should not drop below + 17 C.) Likes fertile soil. Sown from mid-April until July into pots.
