(Ocimum basilicum "Italian Giant")
Unusual ornamental and edible plant! The largest variety of basil. Annual, grows to 1 m in height, has a bushy shape. Leaves are very large (up to 20 cm long!), light green, and wrinkled. Can be used raw, added to salads or as a seasoning (fresh or dried). Excellent for growing in pots or boxes in the balcony and garden.
