Garden Soybean.
(Glycine hispida "Funshu")
Annual leguminous plant for dry seeds with a high content of the most valuable proteins (twice more than in beans). The soybean protein is identical to the animal protein and can completely replace it. Soybean forms bushy clumps, up to 70 cm in height, does not require support. Is very fertile even in colder climates.
Likes sunny, sheltered places and any average type of soil. Sown in mid-May in the ground.
