Rare, very decorative shrub native to Oklahoma and Texas, grows up to 2 ms in height. Has densely arranged, shiny leaves up to 18 cm in length. In late summer and autumn blooms very profusely (unusual, strongly scented cream-white flowers, resembling beads or buttons with a diameter up to 2.5 cm -hence the name of this plant).
Grows well and quickly in any average garden soil, provided that it is always moist, even wet. Likes a sunny places, completely resistant to frost.
