NEW! Annual, edible and ornamental plant for outdoor cultivation, native to subtropical Asia and Africa. Has densely leafy stems up to 1 m in height, with large yellow-greenish flowers on tops (can be used for dry bouquets). Bears abundant crops of round, white seeds. They are edible and tasty, have a high content of micro-elements and sugar. Can be added to pastries or cooked.
Sorghum likes sun and sheltered places, tolerates less favourable conditions such as poor, dry soils. Easy to grow. Sown from April to June.
